David graduated law school from Arizona State University in 1975 and practiced in Utah until 1979.
He joined the Clark County Business License Department as a Sr. Management Analyst and worked in the Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board for 10 years.
In 1988 he began private practice in Las Vegas specializing in debt restructure and real property matters. As his practice grew, the areas of law included civil litigation, estate planning, and probate, as well as real estate. In 2009 to the present he represents homeowners in home foreclosures matters including the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program. He also served as a mediator in the Chapter 13 federal bankruptcy mortgage modification mediation program. David is also fluent in Spanish as a lawful permanent resident of Mexico.
