Miguel Martinez has worked with the firm since 2008 and has approximately 12 years of Bankruptcy experience working extensively with Spanish speaking clients. He also has been part of the Mediation/Modification team since 2009 when the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Law went into effect and at the same time, he is in charge of the Immigration Department since 2016. His attention to detail and service clients is exemplary.
Miguel is a native of Tijuana B.C. Mexico, and in 2005 immigrated to the U.S. and establish his residence in the valley of Las Vegas, initiating a rapid integration to actively serve his new community.
Miguel Martinez is also a founder of Latino Business Services of Nevada (latinobusinessnv.com) since 2016, a company that provides additional support to the Latino community, by providing professional quality services in the areas of Taxation, Business Services, and Document Translations.
